AEON Travel operates exclusively online and functions under the official travel agency license of a partnering Greek travel agency during its pre-launch phase.
All travel arrangements, bookings, and payments are processed through licensed and accredited partners in accordance with Greek and EU travel regulations.

2. Services Provided

AEON offers tailor-made travel planning, including flights, hotel accommodations, transfers, and curated experiences both in Greece and abroad.
We act as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, and local operators.

3. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from third-party suppliers.

• Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.

• Payment terms will be clearly communicated before final confirmation of each trip.

• By confirming a booking, you authorize AEON and its licensed partners to make reservations and payments on your behalf.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation policies depend on the terms of each airline, hotel, or service provider.

• AEON will communicate these terms before confirmation.

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the supplier’s policy, minus any administrative fees.

5. Responsibility

AEON acts solely as an intermediary. We are not responsible for:

• Delays, cancellations, or changes in flights, accommodation, or services by third parties.

• Loss, injury, accident, or damage during the trip.

Travelers are encouraged to have valid travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

6. Travel Documents and Requirements

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that all necessary travel documents (passport, visas, vaccination certificates, etc.) are valid and comply with destination requirements.
AEON is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to missing or incorrect documentation.

7. Data Protection

Personal information collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, logos) is the property of AEON Travel and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.
